Chaitanya is a Master of Law (LL.M.) and is a young and dynamic professional Lawyer. He is
registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
He has over 8years of experience and has handled various criminal matters in High Court, Sessions
Court and Metropolitan Magistrate Courts all over Mumbai.
He is proficient in various criminal matters, inter-alia various offences relating to Negotiable Instruments Act, Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act, Criminal Liabilities arising out of and attracting Company Law, matters under the MPID Act and involving Economic Offences, Banking Fraud investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation, Prevention of Corruption Act as well as matters under serious criminal statutes like the MCOCA, Prevention of Money Laundering Act and POSCO.
He has appeared and successfully argued in various Criminal Writ Petitions, conducted Criminal trials, successfully argued Bails and Anticipatory Bails in the Bombay High Court Sessions Court and various Metropolitan Magistrate Courts all over Mumbai.
