- Pre-arrest bails, bails, conducting trials, Revision & Appeal before Sessions Court and High Courts, 138 NIA matters, Income tax and customs prosecutions filed by respective departments and litigations under specific Acts.
- Structuring, finalizing remedial measures and documentation prior to initiating litigation and finalizing the best possible modes which facilitate the relief sought in expeditious manner.
- Strategizing about conducting the litigation.
- Advising the client periodically during the course of the litigation.
- Advising to Resolution Professionals during CIRP and litigating under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code with advisory on specific areas to Corporate as well as Resolution Professionals.

Property
- Advisory - identifying potential problems and providing positive and constructive advice in deal making, structuring of deal and continuous support during execution till conclusion of deal.
- Property Risk management.
- Advisory and participation in Preliminary and final negotiations.
- Title search and title verification, property due diligence.
- Drafting and vetting of various land and property related documents.
- Advisory on acquisition of land, conversion of land use, zoning, TDR, FSI / FAR, development control regulations and re-development of Properties.

Arbitration
- Focusing on fundamentals and advising client to formulate the Arbitration clause/agreement to the best of its convenience.
- After initial analysis of the Arbitration Agreement, ascertaining whether there is an arbitral dispute.
- On establishing the need for arbitration, if required, immediately applying for interim measures in the Court under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, until the commencement/continuance of the Arbitration.
- Taking recourse under section 11 of the said Act, for appointing desired Arbitrator/Arbitrators.
- Conducting the Arbitration expeditiously in accordance with the convenient procedure as the parties may decide.
Foreign Exchange Management
- Advisory on opening and setting up of liaison office, branch office and subsidiaries of Foreign Companies.
- Obtaining permissions under FEMA in respect of matters relating to forming Subsidiary Companies of Foreign Companies, Technology transfer, Transfer of Shares, Technical know-how, etc. under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
- Specific research based advisory on proposed transactions and structuring of particular transaction.
