commerce post graduate. He is a member of Law Society of England and Wales, an Associate
member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and registered as an Advocate with Bar Council
of Maharashtra and Goa. He has over 22 years of experience in business industry and legal matters.
Having multifarious involvement and familiarity with various laws has bestowed upon him an added advantage in Corporate & Insolvency advisory, advisory to Resolution Professional including advisory in real estate& other private equity transactions, FEMA & Securities law, transaction structuring and advisory, strategizing and defending litigation, etc.
Having handled various white collar offences in the corporate world and well conversant with Corporate and Criminal laws.
Hands on experience in various types of litigations in Company related matters, matters under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Criminal laws including pertaining to COFEPOSA, MPID, NDPS and IPC.
